Frank and Theresa AuCoin

Theresa AuCoin's professional background is teaching. With a Master's degree in three areas of education, she taught special education for about eight years. Frank's background is street-smart business. He and Theresa started a chain of bookstores and a nutrition business, both of which were sold years ago. In 1974 they founded a sign franchise business, which they grew across the southeast.

Honored by the Charleston Chamber of Commerce as "Business Person of the Year," Frank was named the following year by the South Carolina Chamber as "Business Person of the Year" for the state. He has received numerous awards and honors as a result of his business savvy and his unique ability to help his peers market their businesses. He is much in demand as a speaker - primarily on the subject of marketing.

The AuCoin's, now South Carolina's PPL Senior Regional Vice Presidents, were introduced to PPL in October of 1998. After thoroughly investigating the company, the service, the great need for the service, the compensation, and the barely 2% marketplace penetration, the AuCoin's jumped in and went to work.

According to Frank, "PPL is not a get rich quick deal. But it IS a 'Get Rich Plan' that works if YOU work it." "Making money has always been a game to me," says Theresa.
